The United States had an annual inflation rate of 3.7% in September when tracked by the Consumer Price Index (CPI), up from August’s 3.4% increase, as revealed by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) on Wednesday. In addition, these figures came in above the market forecast.
