RBA's Kent: Reasonable indication neutral rates are increasing domestically and globally

Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) Assistant Governor Chris Kent said on Monday that reasonable indication neutral rates are increasing domestically and globally, adding that it’s difficult to pinpoint neutral rate amid high uncertainty.
