Personal dashboard website cannot be accessed, how to handle?

If the main domain my.xnce.com cannot be accessed normally, please try the backup access link: my.nce.sc (identical functionality with real-time data synchronization).

If both the main domain and backup link are inaccessible, possible causes include: local network restrictions or DNS resolution issues (try switching DNS or using mobile data), or temporary server maintenance.

If the issue persists, enter 【Human Service】 in the online chat or send an email to it@xnce.com, and the IT team will prioritize troubleshooting for you.
