How to Handle Not Receiving System Emails During Registration or Operations?

The most common reason for not receiving system emails is that they are intercepted by the email service provider's spam filter. Please follow these steps to check:

  1. First check your email's【Spam】or【Subscriptions】folder
  2. If you find XNCE emails, it is recommended to mark the sender address as【Safe Sender】or【Add to Whitelist】
  3. If not found in the spam folder, the email may still be in the sending queue. Please wait 5-10 minutes and check again

If you still haven't received it within 30 minutes, please contact us through online customer service, and our staff can assist in resending.
