Send Screenshots: After taking a screenshot, directly use the paste shortcut key (Ctrl+V or long press to paste) in the text input box of the customer service chat window to send the screenshot without needing to save it as a file.
Send File Attachments: Click the [+] plus icon on the left side of the input box, select [Send File] from the expanded menu, and select the file you need to send from your device's local storage (supports common formats such as PDF, images, etc.).
It is recommended to attach complete payment receipt screenshots when reporting fund-related issues (deposit not received, withdrawal delay, etc.), which will help customer service quickly locate and resolve your problem.
