Users in mainland China only need to provide an ID card to complete the process. Steps are as follows:

1. Log in to your personal account at my.xnce.com
2. Click the avatar in the top right corner, select【Verification】→【Upgrade】
3. Upload the national emblem side (front) and portrait side (back) of your ID card
4. Confirm the image is clear and click【Next】to proceed with facial recognition
5. Submit for review after facial recognition

The backend will notify you of the review result in approximately 10 seconds. Once approved, your account level will be upgraded from 0 to 1, and you will receive an email notification. If not approved, please contact our online customer service immediately to inquire about the reason.
